Please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization prior to returning unused product in its original packaging. Requests must be made within 90 days of receipt. There will be a minimum 30% restocking charge if expired it. Special order items are not returnable.

All returns must include the following:

 * Original condition
 * All accessories
 * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
 * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired.

Return Steps:

 * Email the customer service the order ID and the reason that you want to return the product.
 * We will offer you the RMA number and return address.
 * Please write the RMA number on parcel after the receiver’s name.
 * Once we receive the parcel, we will issue a refund or send you the replacement.
