Customs and Import Duties For international orders: • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost • These charges are the buyer's responsibility • Your local customs office determines these additional charges • We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order  Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to: • P.O. Boxes (for certain shipping methods) • Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for options) • Countries under trade restrictions  Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping: • Contact us at kawell.cs@hotmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date • Provide your order number and tracking information • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund  Address Changes Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address after placing an order but before it ships, contact us immediately at kawell.cs@hotmail.com.
